To secure webinar bookings, participants are required to complete full payment prior to the event. All registrations are processed solely through our official payment gateway or authorized partners. Once registration is successfully completed, participants will receive a confirmation email containing a receipt and transaction details.

To benefit from early bird discounts, participants must ensure payment is finalized by the deadline specified on the registration page.

Detailed registration information is available on the respective webinar registration pages. Pricing is dynamic and may vary based on availability and currency fluctuations. As such, early registration is highly recommended to secure your spot.

Cancellation, Registration Transfer, and Postponement

• Webinar Postponement: In the event of a webinar postponement, participants may choose between a full refund and transferring their registration to another Confmeets webinar within one year. If you are unable to attend the scheduled webinar, you may request to reschedule your participation to a future session, subject to availability and approval.
• Refund Processing: Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process from the date of request. A 20% deduction will be applied to cover gateway, transaction and service fees.
• Partial Payments: Token amounts or partial payments are non-refundable until the full payment is completed.
• Cancellation: If a Confmeets webinar is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be eligible for a full refund within a specified timeframe. Alternatively, participants may opt to attend the next scheduled webinar at no additional cost. The organizers reserve the right to cancel a webinar and will notify registered participants promptly.
• Registration Transfer: To transfer your registration to another individual, please contact us with the necessary details before the webinar begins.
